If you visit Denver during spring or autumn or winter, you’re likely to save money on your flights and accommodation. Denver’s airport is outside the city, but it’s easy enough to hop on a train that reaches Denver’s Union Station in the downtown area in under 40 minutes. Or choose the Skyride bus, which runs every 15 minutes during peak hours, reducing to hourly at quieter times. Getting from the airport and around the city is also easy by bus or taxi services.

Citizens of the UK and Ireland and EU passport holders do not need a visa to visit the USA. However, you will need an ESTA, which permits travel to the US for 90 days or less. If you hold a passport from a country or territory outside of the listed areas, you may need to apply for a visa before you travel.
