New users can earn bonus Avios when they book a cab with the Hailo app.
Simplify your travel to the airport with Hailo, the easy-to-use app where you can get a taxi in a few easy clicks. As well as collecting 1 Avios for every £1 spent, until 31 March 2016 new users will receive 1000 bonus Avios on their first journey booked through the app. What’s more, when you use Hailo for a trip to any London airport, you’ll receive 100 bonus Avios.
Terms and Conditions
- Avios will be awarded as follows:
New Hailo customers will receive 1000 Avios once they have booked and completed their first trip. Customers must download the app via Google Play or AppStore. - Standard Avios award is:
(i) 1 Avios for every full one GBP (£1) spent on a Hailo cab journey that is booked via the Hailo app and is not a London airport transfer.
(ii)100 Avios for all London airport transfers to/from (Heathrow, Gatwick, City Airport, Luton, Stansted). - Avios are calculated and awarded on final journey costs including any VAT or local taxes, parking, tolls, additional waiting time, valeting charges and surcharges if applied but excluding any gratuities.
- Avios will not be awarded for cancelled or complimentary journeys, unless the journey is still chargeable in terms of the cancellation policy.
- Avios will be awarded and show in your account within 60 days from the date of travel and once full payment has cleared.
- You may claim missing Avios after completion of your travel provided you were a British Airways Executive Club member at the time of travel and you had registered your British Airways Executive Club number in the Hailo app and the claim is made within three months of your travel date or the relevant transaction.
